At Soundpaint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Soundpaint account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
